A WOMAN has suffered potentially life-threatening injuries in a house fire in Herefordshire.
Three Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crews from Hereford Fire Station were called to reports of the fire just before 4.30pm on May 9 at Much Dewchurch.
A fire service spokesperson said one female casualty in her 70s with severe burns was treated by the ambulance service.
An ambulance service spokesperson said: “We were called at 4.30pm on Sunday to reports of a house fire at a property in Much Dewchurch.
“Two ambulances, two paramedic officers, the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham and two Mercia Accident Rescue Service (MARS) doctors attended the scene.
“Crews treated one patient, a woman, for potentially life threatening injuries and she was conveyed to Hereford County Hospital for further treatment.”
