Hereford man in court for using threatening words in city

Gary Morris, of Central Avenue, pleaded guilty to the offence that happened on July 17 when he appeared at Hereford Magistrates Court.

The 32-year-old, who was represented by Andrew Cleal, was told his conditional discharge will be in place for 12 months, with his guilty plea taken into consideration. 

He does, however, have to pay court costs of £135.
